(I'm thinking about entering the Valentine's Day cupcake contest. Because, YES, I AM CRAZY. Because, SURE, I want to add ONE MORE THING to my plate, after being involved in Girl 1's Kindergarten Valentine Party, Girl 2's Preschool Valentine Party and helping with the Valentine's Day Party at school because I'm on the PTO and don't have anything else to do but bake MORE. Because that's how I roll.)
